Located on Highway 261, this steep, winding gravel road leads you toward the Valley of the Gods and Monument Valley from the south.

With a 1,000 ft elevation change, sharp switchbacks, and no guardrails, it’s not for the faint of heart – but the views are unforgettable!

Tip: Only drive it in good weather, during daylight – and no trailers or RVs allowed!

Don’t confuse it with the Dugway Proving Ground – one of America’s most mysterious military bases!
